What is it about?
The Contactless e-Channel is a new service introduced by the Department of Immigration (DOI) in May 2016 to facilitate the process of immigration clearance for Hong Kong residents. The application is the first of its kind in the world.
How does it work?
Once the application is installed, the first step is to download the e-Channel Mobile Application from the Google Play Store. After that, you will be asked to register with your mobile number and email address.
Once the registration is complete, the next step is to log in. After that, you can proceed to the next step, which is to complete the enrollment process.
